1. Processing & Compounding Time

Each personalized protocol is individually evaluated by Dr. Chanakya and custom compounded in our clinical lab. Formulation and laboratory dispatch take 24 to 48 business hours following successful payment verification.

2. Delivery Timelines Across India

We ship through reputed courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post). Estimated transit timelines:

• Metro Cities (Tier 1): 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India (Tier 2 & 3): 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Special & Remote Locations: 7 to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is Free for all customized full-course treatment packages across India. For standalone single product orders below ₹500, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 may apply at checkout.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is dispatched from our pharmacy, you will receive an automated WhatsApp notification and email containing your Courier AWB tracking number and live tracking link.
