Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of completing your payment. Once your personalized homeopathic formulation has been compounded by our clinical lab or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled due to the customized nature of pharmaceutical compounding.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation requested within the valid 2-hour window prior to laboratory compounding.
• Damaged, broken, or leaking bottles received upon delivery (proof of damage photos required within 24 hours of delivery).
• Incorrect product or formulation dispatched by our pharmacy.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Upon approval of a cancellation or damaged item claim, the refund will be initiated immediately. As per banking and Razorpay guidelines, the refunded amount will reflect in your original payment method (bank account / UPI / credit card) within 5 to 7 working days.
